Terms of Service

STELLWAY is a personalized astrology application that offers birth chart interpretations and real-time cosmic guidance. It combines your personal birth data — the planetary positions at the exact moment and place of your birth — with the current planetary movements in the sky, to show how these cosmic energies interact with and influence your personal chart. This is the foundation of STELLWAY's approach: not static astrology, but a living reflection of you in relation to the cosmos right now.

STELLWAY provides astrological content for orientation and entertainment purposes only. The content generated by STELLWAY does NOT constitute financial, medical, psychological, legal, or any other professional advice. It does NOT make predictions about future events, does NOT claim scientific accuracy, and is NOT a substitute for professional consultation of any kind.

STELLWAY's interpretations reflect astrological tradition and the interplay between your birth chart and current sky positions. They are offered as a tool for reflection and self-orientation — not as fact, guidance, or instruction. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content in STELLWAY.

To use STELLWAY you must be at least 16 years of age, capable of entering a legally binding agreement, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law in your country of residence. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use the Service.

4.1 Registration

You may register using email and password, or via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate birth date, time, and location. Inaccurate birth data results in inaccurate chart interpretations.

4.3 Account Security

Notify us immediately at hi@stellway.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free: Access to My Chart (birth chart interpretation). Limit: 1 personal reading per day.
• Basic: $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Includes Cosmic Outlook and Intention features. Limit: 10 personal readings per day.
• Premium: Coming soon.

5.2 Daily Reading Limits

Daily reading limits reset at midnight UTC. Unused readings do not carry over to the next day.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. STELLWAY does not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5.5 Free Trial

STELLWAY offers a 7-day free trial for new Basic subscribers. The free trial is available once per account. You will be required to enter valid payment details to start your trial. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the regular price ($9.99 per month or $99.99 per year) unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Cancellations can be made at any time through your profile settings.

5.5 Price Changes

We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

You agree not to: use STELLWAY for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, use automated tools to exceed rate limits, share account credentials, attempt to circumvent daily generation limits, impersonate any person, or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, design, code, and branding of STELLWAY are the property of STELLWAY or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private non-commercial use only.

Your use of STELLWAY is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may perform maintenance, modify features, or update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STELLWAY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory local law in your country requires otherwise.

STELLWAY is available globally. If you access the Service from outside Switzerland, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence — including EU consumer law, UK consumer law, or applicable laws in other jurisdictions.
